What are the driver requirements?

Must present a "Safe Driver driving record (no moving violations)

Must be at least 18 years of age and have the ability to enter into an contract.

Must present a felony-free criminal background check certification.

Must be a Delaware resident.

Must have a valid drivers license.

Must have a social security card.
